Pegylated liposomal doxorubicin 2mg/ml
Indications: Treatment of ovarian cancer refractory to standard therapy, treatment of metastatic breast cancer, treatment of Kaposi sarcoma associated with AIDS.
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the components of the formula.
Dose:
- Refractory ovarian cancer. 40 mg / square meter intravenously every 4 weeks.
- Breast cancer. 45 mg / square meter intravenously in cycles of 4 weeks, according to proposed scheme.
- Kaposi sarcoma related to AIDS 20 mg / square meter intravenously every 2 weeks.
